The neo-Gothic Tower Bridge seems to be very old, and tourists are often surprised when during the excursion in English (or any other language) guides tell them that this symbol of London was opened not so long ago - in 1894. At that time it was a masterpiece of engineering, because the Tower Bridge has both draw and suspension. Its upper walkways has now become the most popular observation deck (to jump the queue will let you e-ticket bought via Excurzilla).
