Where to stay in Rzeszow (Poland). Ostoya Inn & Granary Hotel Review

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Rzeszow airport, you can walk (there is a pedestrian path along the highway). We had to stop the night before departure. Another convenience: the reception is open around the clock. No matter how late you check in, no matter how early you check out, all this is possible without any problems, you will not stay on the street anyway. Day trips in Poland are here https://excurzilla.com/en/pola...

Main building.

I booked a triple room for 1 night about 3 months before the trip without prepayment (150 zloty). However, in fact it turned out that there is no free triple room - it is being renovated, because the administrator settled us in one single and one double room without any additional charges. The administrator spoke Polish and English, in the morning she was replaced by a Russian-speaking administrator, and it became easier for us to find a common language. I needed to print out my boarding pass for the flight (it was saved in pdf format and saved in my smartphone). The administrator gave me the email address of the hotel so that I could forward it by mail using wifi, but for some reason the mail did not reach, then the administrator gave me her personal email, and we succeeded. Thank her very much.

Reception of the hotel.

Chair for receiving visitors at the reception.

I paid on the spot with a credit card. A cash payment option is also possible.

Departure to the hotel.

We really liked the hotel, because it was very similar to a palace, we were settled not in the main building, where the reception was located, but in the second building, where the restaurant (tavern) was located. Prices for dishes here are far from the lowest, but if you compare with the prices of cafes in Polish airports, then everything is much cheaper here. There is no such service in the rooms as a kettle with one-time tea bags, sugar and coffee. If you want to drink tea, go to the tavern, just keep in mind that it is open until 21:00. This is extremely inconvenient, I had to choke on sandwiches.

Dinner at the restaurant will cost about 30 zlotys, and breakfast costs 19 zlotys for 1 person (buffet, I think).

The room has a TV with satellite channels, but there was not much time to watch, because it was necessary to get up early in the morning.

The toilet (combined with a shower) had everything you needed: toilet paper, one-time soap and shampoo.

Shower and toilet.

The interior of the rooms is designed in the same style as the main building, everything is antique, and it really seems that you are in an old family estate. The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a park, a children's playground, Parking for cars. It somewhat resembles the country residence of a high-ranking person. And indeed, the hotel is located not in Rzeszow itself, but in the suburbs, on its outskirts.

Check out

We had an early check out, at about 03:45. In order to check out, it was enough to close the room behind you, and then put the room key at the reception, i.e. there are no problems.

When I was already at the airport, I received another SMS about debiting the amount for hotel services, i.e. the amount was debited twice (the first time - late in the evening when checking in, and the second time - in the morning around 08:00). While I was sitting at the airport (fortunately there is WiFi), I arranged a showdown, wrote to the administrator by email, and also sent a request to the booking service about a double charge. After about 2 hours, I was informed that the amount mistakenly debited was returned to my card. I did not receive an SMS from the bank, but upon arrival I checked the bank statement, and it really turned out that this amount was refunded, everything went well.
