There is the Faisal Mosque in the centre of Sharjah, near the main market. The building can hold up to 3000 worshippers at the same time. Non-Muslims are free to visit the Al Noor Mosque. The Sharjah aquarium is situated on the bank of the gulf. The collection contains more than 250 species of ocean inhabitants. A tour to the Classic Car Museum, the Museum of Islamic Civilization, and the Heritage Museum will also be interesting.
